Venabu Hytter - The Venabu Cabins (self catering)

Venabu Hytter are situated close by Venabu Fjellhotell. At the moment we have 7 log cabins for hire. All the cabins have a high standard throughout. Small cabins for 2 persons and bigger up to 10 people. The cabins are located just 100-150 metres from the hotel. Their unique location allows you to combine a self-catering cabin with the option of meals in the hotel. The cabins are built in 8 inch logs and have turf roofs. Under floor heating and tiled bathroom are standard as well as a mini kitchen. The cabins are well equipped and include fridge, cooking facilities & tableware. The bedrooms all have duvets & pillows.

Car-free area. In the winter it is 100-150m to car parking. Short distance to well stocked supermarket, café & church. Radio and cable TV with 8 channels. Dogs are allowed in all cabins except Malmbu and Nørstebu. These two cabins are designed to be OK for allergy sufferers. Nearest railway station is Ringebu (18kms). The hotel can arrange transport by appointment.
 
We also have the STORHYTTE, with place for 20 beds, divided into 5 rooms.  Available in winter season only.  This is located next to the hotel and is suitable for groups looking for a cheap way of spending time in the mountains. More info
