Peer Gynt Programme 2012

In connection with Peer Gynt we offer a package of cultural experience, including meals, accommodation, transportation and guide. We transport you to Gålå, the scene of the play, and our experienced guide will make the evening a memorable experience.

Our regular programme starts off with a warm meal at the hotel at 5 pm, before we leave by bus to the play at 5.45 pm. Bring warm clothes, a raincoat if the weather forecast predict rain, and a sun cap. Feel free to bring some food and a thermos to the play. The guide will give information on the 40 minute bus trip to Gålå. We return to Venabu right after the play, and end the evening with a night meal and a conversation about the Peer Gynt experience.

We offer the following packages in 2012:

"On foot in the mountains and the open air play Peer Gynt with Grieg's music" - 29th July to 2nd August. 4 nights. A perfect combination of out-door activities and culture. Arrival in time for dinner Sunday evening. Guided walks Monday and Tuesday and the Peer Gynt play Wednesday evening. Departure after breakfast on Thursday. Extra days can be arranged. NOK 4.580,- per person in twin rooms including all meals. Supplement NOK 280,- for a small single room and NOK 1.000,- for a bigger single room.

Peer Gynt premiere Wednesday 1^st of August – NOK 2.950,- per person for 2 nights.

Arrival Tuesday 31^st of July and departure Thursday 2^nd of August. Included in the price is accommodation in double room with shower/WC, breakfast and dinner for the 2 nights. Peer Gynt programme as described in the introduction on the 1^st of August.

Peer Gynt premiere Wednesday 1^st of August – NOK 2.200,- per person for 1 night.

Arrival Wednesday 1^st of August and departure Thursday 2^nd of August. Included in the price is accommodation in double room with shower/WC, breakfast on Thursday and the Peer Gynt programme as described in the introduction on the 1^st of August.

Peer Gynt Thursday 2^nd of August – NOK 2.000,- per person for 1 night.

Arrival Thursday 2^nd of August and departure Friday 3^rd of August. Included in the price is accommodation in double room with shower/WC, breakfast on Friday, and the Peer Gynt programme, as described in the introduction, on the 2^nd of August.

Peer Gynt Friday 3^rd of August – NOK 2.100,- per person for 1 night.

Arrival Friday 3^rd of August and departure Saturday 4^th of August. Included in the price is accommodation in double room with shower/WC, breakfast on Saturday and the Peer Gynt programme, as described in the introduction, on the 3^rd of August.

Peer Gynt Saturday 4^thof August – NOK 2.100,- per person for 1 night.

Peer Gynt Saturday 4^thof August and the concert «Ved Rondane» Sunday 5^th of August – NOK 3.900,- per person for 2 night.

Arrival Saturday 4^thof August and departure Monday 6^th of August. Included in the price is accommodation in double room with shower/WC, breakfast on Sunday/Monday and the Peer Gynt programme, as described in the introduction, on the 4^th of August. Luch packet for the guided bus tour to the consert on Sunday. Back for dinner Sunday evening. Slideshow with pictures from the mountain Sunday after dinner. Alternative: 1 night including the consert or Peer Gynt play, NOK 2.200,- per person.

Peer Gynt Thursday 9^th of August – NOK 2.950,- per person for 2 night.

Arrival Wednesday 8^th of August and departure Friday 10^th of August. Included in the price is accommodation for 2 nights in double room with shower/WC, the traditional Norwegian buffet Wednesday evening, breakfast on Thursday/Friday, and the Peer Gynt programme, as described in the introduction, on the 9^th of August. Do you want a longer stay in the mountains, before the Peer Gynt play? An additional NOK 910,- per person, per night, half pension and lunch packed/thermos - arrival Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

Peer Gynt Friday 11^thof August – NOK 2.200,- per person for 1 night.

Arrival Saturday 11^th of August and departure Sunday 12^th of August. Included in the price is accommodation in double room with shower/WC, breakfast on Sunday and the Peer Gynt programme, as described in the introduction, on the 11^h of August.

Cancellations after the 1^st of June 2012 is refunded with NOK 500,- per person

If cancelled after the 1^st of June, the deposit will not be refunded.
